Ashen Phoenix is a long standing raiding guild re-established during Eternal Palace prog where we were able to finish 3/8 mythic after only being together for a few months as well consisting of mostly casual players. Since then we have cleared AOTC in every tier (usually within the first 6 weeks) and have (in some instances) even been able to make significant progress into mythic. We have many active members but are looking to establish a full 25 body raid roster to continue expanding our horizons and driving each other to improve. Generally speaking our goals are to finish AOTC after as quickly as possible, farm heroic a few times, then swap our focus to mythic progression. Sadly, due to constant roster changes thanks to real life obligations or general burnout we have struggled in recent tiers to maintain enough on our roster to continue those goals above and beyond AOTC. We are currently actively recruiting for several spots, and only ask that you be willing to put forth the effort to improve (review and understand logs, run higher mythic+ keys, have discussions with other members of your class booth in and out of guild), and commit to being at every raid.
