Goals and Details

• Our goal for the Progression team is to progress as far as we can into Mythic, as long as everyone is enjoying the challenge. We are by no means a hard-core progression guild, but we would like to continue to pursue this level of content. Season 1 of TWW we were 4/8M.
• Our goal for the Alternate team is to give those who are not interested in mythic difficulty, a space to continue raiding together without the pressure of mythic progression. This group will be aiming to full clear heroic in one night.

Raid Leader Alternate Raid Group | We are looking for a heroic-focused raid leader. This is the most important role and applicants will be thoroughly interviewed and trialed.

• Keep raid nights fun, but also focused when needed
• Respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, and even tempered
• Excellent communication skills

Dreamstate was founded in 2016 and we’ve been actively raiding since BFA under the same leadership.

Regardless of raid status or game interests, we expect all guild members to be respectful and supportive of one another. We look for recruits who have a team-based mindset, are friendly and kind, and are motivated to continue improving.
