Description

Best in Slot is a strictly 2-day raiding guild aspiring to clear CE swiftly and efficiently each tier while consistently improving both as a guild and as players.

BiS was reformed during S1 of The War Within due to popular demand, and took its modern form with a mix of experienced players and newer raiders. We're an international guild with a wide mix of backgrounds, and we seek to maintain an open and positive atmosphere both during and outside raids. While our prog raids can be serious at times, we're more relaxed during reclears and other content.

We pride ourselves on respecting our player's time, with the experienced officer team working to make the most of our raid hours and helping the raiders prepare and improve. In return, we expect our players to come to raids ready and focused. We also expect our players to be able to take constructive feedback, as well as listen and actively communicate when needed.

Any form of hate or toxicity directed at others is not tolerated in the guild; basic respect will go far.

There are NO additional raids and we do not extend raid times. We also clear Heroic within our standard hours while it is relevant, and never add extra days.

Requirements

We’re looking for players who share our approach to raiding and have the ability and mindset to clear the hardest content on a short schedule:

• Maintain your main character and one alt for splits for the first few weeks of the tier.
• Keep up with your class, gear, & consumables (other than cauldrons/feasts).
• Prepare for raids by studying tactics, checking assignments, & reviewing your gameplay.
• Be willing to listen to feedback & improve as a player.
• Be ready to communicate in English on voice.
• Be friendly and not toxic.
