Recent experience, self-motivated, progression-first mindset, openness to constructive criticism. We strive for well-prepared and low pull-count progression.

Above all, we value the passion to learn and improve. An ideal member is one who invests time into adequate preparation for bosses, including reviewing the strategies prepared by leadership and videos of the encounters prior to pulling, and one who has in-depth knowledge and is up to date on their class and its applications in raid.
