Welcome to Axon Terminal

Axon Terminal was born in 2019. We are a bunch of long-time raiders coming together to form the last guild we’ll need in this game. We want to capture the magic of 25 people pushing themselves and each other to perform every night, while making room for the commitments that life brings as we get older.

The most important thing for us is open and honest communication. As many people as possible need to be comfortable saying what they think out loud, for better or worse. If you’re pissed, be pissed, if you’re disappointed, be disappointed. It helps us all remember we want the same things and what we’ve invested in each other.

Second is respecting each other’s time. Communication about attendance, attitude toward efficiency, showing up prepared on progress and player skill - all need to align for 25 people to enjoy spending raid hours with each other in the long run.

Schedule

Wed Thu Sun, 19:30-22:30 with a break at 21:00

Twice per tier we ask for a 4th raid on Monday. We’ll do this early in the tier whenever the extra days will gain us the most while the hype is still up.

Attendance

We expect you at every raid unless you sign off in advance – as a courtesy we’ll send out a roster before the raid so you have an idea how your evening is gonna go.

Trial

Expect 2-4 weeks – it can vary but we’ll let you know what we’re thinking along the way so you’re not in the dark.

Loot

We assign loot based primarily on how it will benefit upcoming progress. When a decision doesn’t affect progress, we try to spread it around or take things like utility in m+ into account. Once progress is done, we roll for items a lot more unless there’s a bigger reason to prioritize someone.

We farm the last boss mount until everyone has it.

If you walk away from most raid nights feeling like it was time well spent – we’re succeeding. If Axon can be the place you hang your hat when you come home from work as well, that’s a hell of a bonus
