Raid nights are Tue/Wed 9pm - 12am EST. We never do "overtime" or add extra days at any point during the tier.

About Us:

Mythic Daycare is a mythic raiding guild on Illidan with a goal of achieving CE each tier. At the end of Shadowlands, we came together to form a team of like-minded players whose primary motivations for playing the game/raiding are to have fun and progress the most challenging content that this game has to offer. We feel that we have built a great group of skilled people who really enjoy playing/hanging out together and are able to achieve Cutting Edge on a 2 day schedule with relatively low pull counts and consistent prog. We have met our goal of getting multiple end-boss kills for the entire roster in every full tier that we have been together and our roster has stayed relatively consistent throughout! We have also done this without ever raiding more than 2 days per week at any point in the tier and without ever doing "over-time."

The most successful raiders in Mythic Daycare are those who don't take themselves or the game too seriously, but just independently enjoy playing at a high level. This fine balance of a serious prog-focused mindset and a relaxed environment are what defines our raid and our guild overall. We are always recruiting exceptional players to add to our roster as we reclear Nerub'ar Palace and prepare for Undermined! Specifically, we are looking to add to our range DPS group with a Shadow Priest being top of the list, but all strong DPS, especially those with a viable tank/healer offspec, are encouraged to apply.

Applicants should have relevant mythic logs from recent/current tiers and experience pushing deep into each raid.

We also run plenty of M+, have alt raids, do sales, and just hang out together in discord playing other games during off nights.
