Background:

Participation Award is a newly formed guild with the goal of becoming a cutting edge raiding guild. The guild is founded by a returning core of mythic raiders.

Aim:

As we are a newly formed guild we are increasing our aims as the expansion progresses. Our aim for 10.0 is to obtain AotC and a steady roster to venture into early Mythic. For 10.1 we aim to have a stable enough roster to make progress towards the later Mythic bosses. By 10.2 our goal is to reach the end boss on mythic, and preferably obtain CE.

Raid Times:

Mandatory:

• Thursday 20:00-23:00 CET
• Sunday 20:00-23:00 CET

Mythic release only:

• TBD (10.2)

We have two mandatory raid days on which progression will take place. Once we step into mythic we will add a mandatory third raid day for the first two weeks of a tier as multiple difficulties will be cleared. After the first two weeks, If enough people are interested we will continue our progression on this day. If not this will be a (lower difficulty)(alt) clear. We will NOT extend raiding times beyond the hours listed above.

Upkeep:

As we are a two day raiding guild, we require that our raiders understand the strengths and weaknesses of their respective classes for bosses we are currently (or close to) progressing. While an alt is appreciated, it is not required. As our guild name suggests, we value participation from our raiders. We do not expect everyone to play perfectly, but instead expect everyone to do their best and aim to improve as a guild with each passing week. This includes researching fights, coming prepared, and becoming part of a feedback loop.
