Backed by leadership with a proven history of successful raiding since the start of Battle for Azeroth, on Tichondrius is looking for players who would like to raid Cutting Edge on an short, efficient schedule to allow for engagement with the game and/or our community outside of raid.

Currently we are 5/8M on a strict 1day/3hour schedule and are moving to a 2day 6hour schedule to push cutting edge starting in Season 2 of TWW.

Raid Schedule

Wednesday 8pm - 11pm PST
Thursday 8pm - 11pm PST

We never add extra days or start a pull once the clock hits 11:00pm PST.
We host alt/friends raids on Tuesday which are always truly optional.

Raider Expectations

- Progression focused mindset (Looking to improve at the game week to week is a must).
- Clear, Direct, and Open feedback is given from and provided to everyone.
- All raiders are fully prepared and focused during scheduled raid times.

Loot

All loot is passed on and distributed based on where it will benefit the guilds progression best via RCLootCouncil. When considering players who equally benefit from an item, conditions such as performance, attendance, and engagement will help determine who is prioritized first for the item.

By being consistent and reliable, everyone on the team gets the gear they need.

BoE's are used for the guild bank to help fund our bi-monthly giveaway events and provide raid supplies.
