We've come together as friends and players and created a raid team that strives to pursue an excellent raiding experience while pushing progression collectively.

• February 15th, 2023, was our first time raiding as a guild, and off the rip, we achieved 4/8H on the Vault of the Incarnates.
• In just two more raid nights, we've achieved 7/8H and downed the last three bosses, each in under ten pulls. With players present who had never been inside the raid, our atmosphere proved substantial in support. Patience and efficient timing have complimented us through our progression.
• We're about progress, not perfection. Everyone has something to learn, everyone can always improve, and we work to bring the enjoyment of the game together with the progression of a raid team.

We aim to continue our progression into mythic each tier, and we hold pride in how each contributor to our raid team is passionate about this goal.

While our guild is open and welcome to all players of all capabilities and experience, our raid team has some additional requirements that we look for when considering additions.

• Gear and Enchants at appropriate item levels for current difficulty and tier
• Discord
• A working mic and headset
• Attendance & Communication
• Willingness to learn, improve, and support
• Initiative in preparation on learning raid fights and mechanics
• Openness to ask questions or ask for resources
• Experience is a plus, but open-mindedness is necessary
• Adaptability to fast-paced mechanics, class specifications & needs
• Openness to providing feedback to the Raid Leaders, raid team members, and to receive it as well
