Who are we?

Phoenix-Ravencrest is a guild that was founded during Dragonflight Season 2 with the intent of progressing through Mythic in a semi-casual oriented way. Throughout the tiers since, we have been teetering around Cutting Edge. Now, we've decided that getting close is simply not enough. We want Cutting Edge, plain and simple. And that means adjusting our approach: In The War Within's Season 2: Undermine(d), we are changing our Raiding Schedule from 2 to 3 days of raiding per week, as well as adopting a semi-hardcore mindset.

What does "semi-hardcore," mean?

• We require serious commitment out of everyone. This means high attendance, personnal pre-raid homework (videos, guides, etc)
• We expect all of our raiders to perform with a mature mindset when it comes to personal improvements and constructive feedback.
• We prioritize progression as a guild above personal gains and/or achievements.
• We raid with a balanced approach: weighing discussion and practice. Mistakes happen - mastery comes with repetition. We understand the different scenarios in which sometimes efficient, slower pulls drive progress further, and when chain pulling until everything clicks is necessary.

When do we raid, and what is our current progress?

Reflecting our shift to a 3 days schedule, we will be raiding the below days:

Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, from 20:00 to 23:00 Server Time.
