The Gnoblins are a small guild formed from a core of like minded individuals who found themselves in a semi progression guild but wanting to push further, we therefore decided to part ways and form a more progression focused guild at the tail end of Dragonflight Season 3.

Applicants should expect a "trial by vibes" in the first few weeks, where their game performance will be evaluated together with their persona. While we are looking for performance, we're also not really keen on having stressful or grating personalities around, no matter how good the parses are. We likewise expect aspiring raiders to be willing to accept what's asked of them by the Raid Leader (A semi angry English man) during progress. Respectful discussion and confrontation is welcome outside of raiding hours, of course.

Ideal Raiders are those who are willing to put in a certain level of time and effort, both within the game and in the social aspects that surround it. We formed this Guild with the very specific intent of avoiding the issues that had driven us away from the original home. Namely, we are looking for people who are willing to accept the fact that - within the realm of what's expected for the goals we're setting - performance is important. However, we're also a socially-tight group and we're likewise looking for suitable personalities.

For roles, we're primarily looking for DPS, albeit all roles will be considered and evaluated. While we are based in Magtheridon, we do accept applications from other servers as guilds will become cross-realm starting The War Within.

As a footnote, much like every other Guild out there, of course, we're people, not parses. The community while small is socially active on our Discord server and we do occasionally play games outside of WoW or indulge in shows and movies together. There's more to find here than just a group to do progress with, albeit it won't be held against you if you're only willing to engage with us within the realm of the game itself.
