Who are we?

Our current core consists of players who have gotten to know each other over the years and have played together in raids and mythic plus. Before the The War Within expansion launch we decided to set up a new raiding guild and aim for competitive raiding in a fun environment. We try to find a good balance between banter and progress and will try to mix both where we are able to and put on our serious game faces when needed.

What do we offer?

We offer a new team that aims to push Cutting Edge. While we are still growing and learning as a new guild, these ambitions might be high, but we do aim to keep pushing our limits and see where it will lead us. On the longer term, we aim to be a team that will achieve Cutting Edge every tier. We strive to do this while having fun and enjoying each other's company.

What do we expect from you?

We expect the commitment and effort to meet our long term goals of becoming an established Cutting Edge guild. We expect players to have a great understanding of their class/spec, be fully prepared for raids in terms of enchants, consumables and to read up on boss strategies. We also expect a good understanding of the required raid addons we will ask you to install and set up. We will be reviewing performance through logs to gauge each player's output, mechanical play and survivability. We raid two days a week with a potential third (optional) raid day added to the calendar at the start of the season, but we also expect high attendance. That being said, we also expect players to be okay with having to sit out some raids or some raid bosses as our roster exceeds 20 players to deal with absences. A good team player mind set is necessary.
