Second team in Refined. Refined Academy was created in 11.0 and that was our first tier as a team. Our goal is to achieve CE in 11.1 top 150 US! We started as a 2 day raid team but for 11.1 we're moving to 3 days to achieve our goals.

• Friday 8:45pm - 12am EST

Expectations:

• 85%+ Raid Attendance
• Maximum character power - M+, gear grinds, class research
• Fully prepped for each boss before we get to the boss
• Maintain a progression focused mindset and understand that we're accountable to each other - feedback is important and is to be expected
