<Ope Sorry Bud> is a raiding guild that formed to create the serious but welcoming raiding environment that the officers and raiders couldn't find in other guilds. We wanted a place where raiders could expect officers to put in the work to ensure their success while fostering an environment where learning is a priority alongside having fun.

<Ope Sorry Bud> maintains a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for harassment, toxicity, bullying, name-calling, hate speech, sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or any other king of offensive language or behavior.

Raiders in this guild should be dedicated to improvement. Constructive criticism should be expected of raiders and officers, but mistakes happen. Everyone understands that.

Loot is distributed by a loot council composed of three officers and two raiders, randomized weekly. Raiders will be expected to run droptimizer for their characters and provide this information to the loot council via raider player channels, as well as keep it updated as the tier progresses.
