Our guild is for seasoned Raiders/M+ runners who love to have a good time yet know when to switch on during progression. A few of us are big into collecting, so if you're a collector or just enjoy running old content, we do lots of that here in our down time.
Our group isn’t massive but honestly, I’d like to keep it that way just because we like to know everybody and it keeps the vibe chill.
Our focus is to obtain AOTC every tier, and progress Mythic without the stress that comes with high-end progression raiding. We don't expect to get CE, but we go as far as we can because who wants to stop at AOTC when you can go farther?
Ultimately aside from prog goals, my main priority is to create an environment where we can have a good time, with good people, pushing good content.
We raid Friday and Saturday from 7:30pm-10:30pm PST with a 15min break roughly halfway. We push M+ the rest of the week, typically in the evenings.
Side note: I run a "Glory of the (Current Tier) Raider" after we get AOTC each tier for any member that wants to join. It's a really fun time for anyone interested (Including our M+ members).
While we are primarily a raiding guild, so many of us love to spam keys outside of raid, so we are looking for more key runners! Most of us push for 3k eventually, but we don’t B-line to it and burn out.
Currently looking for:
We try to include everyone in on keys and we often swap out for each other to make sure we all get some.
My officers and I came from a place where we regularly met random strangers (some good and some weird lol) and we would always invite them in with us even if they were just asking for help with lower keys.
We obviously don't like people begging for carries, but if you're reasonable and polite then we have no problem.
Communication is BIG! If you need help with mechanics or your rotation, we're happy to help, just ask! Let us know if you'll be late or can't make raid etc.
Know your class. We don't expect you to be perfect, but ya gotta know how your class is supposed to work. We do run logs in raid, but we use them purely as a learning tool, not to use it as elitism.
Growth mindset. We do expect our members to be willing to improve.
Keep up with gearing, make sure to be doing your M+ each week etc.
Consumables. We expect our players to bring their own Flasks/Oil/Whetstones at bare minimum for raid progression.
We don't take kindly to people ego-ing, being toxic to each other, or excluding one another. However, that's not to say we don't love a good sense of humor and banter. I can assure you that if comes to our attention anyone being excluded or being a donkey, we will not ignore it.
What I really care about is someone's character. With a crappy person, no matter how skilled they are, I wouldn't want to raid or do M+ with them. If someone is not performing as well, I expect them to be willing to learn so we can help them.
